It means that ccp does not allow you to run both a subscription account and a trial account on the same computer. You are allowed to run one or more paid subscriptions from the same computer at the same time.

reading it, I read that you will get an extra 1500 isk per skill level per pirate you shoot. (or do they multiply the reward by 1.5 per level?) Doesn't sound that bad, doing a lot of kill missions and or pirate hunting will pay off really quickly...
